Airbnb is becoming more popular but it can become disruptive for the hospitality industry and it could be that way for multifamily assets. Property managers and owners are worried about short-term visitors staying in their properties. With this comes many concerns such as legal, security, and liability concerns. Though, more property managers and owners are open to the idea of resident using the service, it is more of an issue for non-residents.
