Mark Durakovic

Mark Durakovic is a Principal Officer and currently serves as Vice President for Kass Managment Services Inc. He began his career in 1996 as an Assistant Property Manager for a small firm in Chicago, IL while attending DePaul University and majoring in Marketing. He joined Kass Management Services Inc. in 2000 where he further honed his skills in Property Management, Leasing, Construction, Client Relations and Business Development. In 2004, Gary Kass and Mark joined forces and opened MDK Building Services LLC, a General Contracting Service. Aside from his duties at MDK, Mark proved himself an effective manager and leader earning him a role as a Senior Manager at Kass in 2008. Since that time, Mark has been instrumental in all aspects of Operations including Employee Management, Training, Mentoring, Business Development, Client Relations, and Marketing. Recognizing his contributions to the company, and sharing in his entrepreneurial drive, Gary Kass invited Mark to join him as a Partner in 2009. Mark now holds the well-deserved title of Vice President where he oversees all aspects of both the Condominium and Residential Rental Portfolios. He has attained an immense level of expertise when it comes to effectively maintaining properties ranging from 2 to 200 units. He is committed to providing the highest level of service to all clients. Mark holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker License and is also licensed with the United States EPA for lead renovations.
